7:15 - Dinner Begins
8:15 - Live Auction
8:30 - Music & Dancing
9:30 - Silent Auction Closes
10:00 - Auction Checkout begins
10:30 - Bar Closes
11:30 - Gala Concludes

The annual Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year and is intended to fill this tuition gap in revenue. In recent years, the funds raised have allowed us to retain quality educators, build our educational resources, and provide scholarships to assist students in obtaining an outstanding Catholic education. Through both monetary and in-kind donations, our SBS community has made past auctions a great success.
In continuing this tradition, we are turning to our strong community again to ask for your support. With your generosity, we can remain a small school and achieve our mission of providing the quality education we all desire for our children. Listed below are several ways to help reach our desired goal besides purchasing your ticket.

• Donate at one of the levels indicated on the enclosed Underwriting Contract
• Place an Advertisement in the Auction program for your family or business
• Donate goods and services from your business or solicit them from a local merchant
• Sell or Purchase raffle tickets
